The Lux Aeterna Project is an independent, self-funded foundation which aims to promote and support an innovative repertoire of contemporary classical music amongst young composers, conductors and performers.

Why the Lux Aeterna Project?

As well as providing a forum for the performance of original work, Lux Aeterna will encourage musicians to develop their skills in a context of artistic autonomy. We believe that the modern repertoire can only be enhanced by giving audiences and performers access to new music in a fresh and accessible fashion and hope that Lux Aeterna will secure the place of contemporary music within that repertoire for the next generation.
